Dr. Dennis Dugan Dr. Dugan’s IP work has resulted in awards of over $2 Billion for his clients. He has testified to the US Congress over 50 times, provided expert testimony in court supporting IP valuations almost a 100 times (his client won every time but one), written 3 books on IP valuation and related topics, numerous articles and 200 reports to Congress. He was the National Managing Director of IP Services at KPMG, Chairman of the Notre Dame Economics Department and Economic Policy Fellow at the Brookings Institution. He was the Chief Economist for the Government Accounting Office and directed the economic analysis of the NYC fiscal rescue and the Chrysler Loan Guarantee.

Douglas Graham Douglas led two award winning consulting practices at BSG and KPMG and ran an $8.5 Billion bank. He has written a book on the protection and valuation of intellectual assets that was well reviewed by Carl Icahn, Lee Iacocca, Sir David Cooksey and Craig Fields. He has developed a sophisticated methodology for valuing intellectual assets and, working with NYU, successfully tested the methodology on their mainframe. He has spoken at major venues including US Congress, ISSA, Brookings, RAND, Gartner, US Chamber of Commerce, and the State of the World Forum. Three granted patents (over 150 citations and was pivotal in the eBay vs Merc case in which Douglas served as an expert witness) and two patents pending. He won a Gartner award, is a Salzburg Global Fellow and a member of Mensa and the National Arts Club.

Amedee Turner QC Amedee has practiced patent law in the US, the UK and Germany and was appointed Queens Counsel. He served as a Member of the European Parliament for fifteen years and wrote two major reports for the European Commission on risk issues related to intellectual property and its litigation. He created the concept of ‘Trade Secrets’ early in his career and wrote the seminal 300 page book The Law of Trade Secrets.
